Hello All,
We are trying to find a positive way to help our patients understand what to expect in a dermatology appointment. Our appointments are 10 minutes, and we do provide great care. Some of our patients complete negative surveys through Phreesia and all of them state, felt rushed, provider did not spend enough time with me, etc. Has anyone found a way to communicate realistic expectations with patients without coming out and saying this is a 10-minute appointment. Is the communication done at check in, scheduling or by the MA at rooming? Any ideas are welcome. |
