BCBS "out of state" and "federal" are processing our mid-level provider copays improperly. They are paying as if our mid-levels are in PCP and not specialty. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, did you find a resolution? We have been dealing with this issue for a while now and cannot get it corrected. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. |
