Does anybody know if you can refuse service to an adult who does not present with a photo ID. If I create an office policy that states we require a photo ID for all patients over 18 years of age or we will not see them, will that work?

Sometimes patients don't want us to scan their photo and we say, that's fine but please expect to show it every time you arrive for an appt. They are fine with that.
