We are a three provider (MDs) practice and want to make sure we are offering PTO or vacation that is industry standard. We currently combine vacation and sick together for a PTO accrual for a total of 120 hours for year of service up to 5 years. Will you share what you are offering if you are a 3-5 doctor practice?

SDA is a 3 physician - 8 mid-level practice
Holidays, vacation, and sick time is in one bank. Both part-time and full-time earn PTO.
Accrual is based on number of hours during a pay period.
PTO accrual time :
Years of Completed Service Hourly Accrual Maximum Accrual (in hours)
0-7 years .0770 (20 total days if FT) 200
8-14 years .0961 (25 total days if FT) 250
15+ years .1154 (30 total days if FT) 300
